Apparently the rumors about Katy Perry and Russell Brand were true. TMZ.com broke the news on Friday that after 14 months of marriage, Russell has filed for divorce. Insiders say Russell and Katy initially loved the idea of being with someone with an opposite personality, but it soon led to a lot of drama. One big issue win their marriage was reportedly Katy's desire to go out and party, while Russell preferred staying at home. But while their marriage had problems, Katy and Russell don't have any anger towards each other. Insiders add that their relationship fell apart because they're just a "bad pairing."

All of the celebrities will be competing for a charity of their choice. The most interesting "contestant" is Snoop Doog! "Price is Right" producer Mike Richards says fans might be surprised by his performance, telling AllHipHop.com that Snoop "knows more about the price of grocery items than you might think."

MTV has announced that Punk'd is coming back on March 19th with Ashton Kutcher as executive producer. MTV executive Van Toffler says "there's a new generation of unsuspecting suckers," adding that fans can look forward to once again watching "the shock on the face of their favorite celebs INCLUDING Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus.
50 Cent is still battling with his record label. He tweeted that if Interscope Records CEO Jimmy Iovine doesn't give him a new deal, he's going to continue releasing free music. 50 just recently dropped a new mixtape titled "The Big Ten," and the video for the album's latest single, "Put Ya Hands Up" generated more than three-million YouTube views in just 4 days. Get this -- he's just announced that if anyone is interested in signing him he's a "young hungry artist" who works harder than anyone in hip-hop.
Nicki Minaj will be kicking off 2012 with a pair of new music videos. Nicki has Tweeted that she will be releasing videos for the songs "Roman in Moscow" and "Stupid H" in two weeks. Both tracks are featured on her upcoming album, "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded," which is due on Valentine's Day. Along with her new videos, Nicki has also announced that she will be releasing the track listing for "Roman Reloaded" in three weeks.
