What’s poppin’? It's VT’s own, StevieBeats blasting all your favorite hits! Music has been a major part of my life ever since I was a kid. In grade school, I was the kid with all the freshest and hottest music that all the other kids wanted, the CD’s that their parents wouldn’t let them listen to, and the passion for music that no one else had. Although I listened to mainstream RAP/HIP HOP, my knowledge for POP music was untouchable. Every night I fell asleep, I dreamt of being a DJ, producer, and record label executive.
Throughout my time at the University of Vermont, I developed a very unique perspective on life. With a strong background in Psychology, I began to think about the world in terms of the power of music. No matter what the circumstance or mood, music always provided an outlet or therapy of some sort. Why? Because music is an expression of self and has the power to make an individual feel connected to the world.
I am pumped to bring my musical perspective on life to life! So open your ears and let the music take over!
